Rufus and Rufianus

Holy Martyrs Rufus and Rufianus, brothers beheaded for Christ.

The holy martyrs Rufus and Rufianus were brothers who confessed Christ during the pagan persecutions and were beheaded together.

They are commemorated on September 8, the feast of the Nativity of the Theotokos.
