Aphrodisios and Companions

Holy Martyrs Aphrodisios, Leontios, Antoninos and their companions, who suffered at Scythopolis in Palestine.

Aphrodisios, together with Leontios, Antoninos, Valerian, Makrobios, Misdas and others, confessed Christ at Scythopolis in Palestine. Refusing every inducement to sacrifice, they were tortured and put to death.

The synaxarion honors the whole company on May 4.
