Holy Martyrs Alphaeus, Philadelphus and Cyprinus, three brothers who suffered in Sicily.
Alphaeus, Philadelphus and Cyprinus were brothers, sons of a nobleman of southern Italy, who were arrested for their faith in the third century and taken through several cities before reaching Leontini in Sicily.
There, after refusing to sacrifice, they were put to death by various means. They are honored as patrons of Leontini.
