Holy Martyr Demetrios of Dabuda in Thrace.
Saint Demetrios was a Christian of the village of Dabuda in Thrace. According to the synaxarion he was seized during the persecution of Maximian and, refusing to sacrifice, was beheaded.
He is distinct from the Great Martyr Demetrios of Thessaloniki.

On the New Calendar, Demetrios of Thrace is commemorated on November 15. Churches on the Old (Julian) Calendar keep the feast on November 28 of the civil calendar.
