Sts. Herakleidios and Myron, bishops of Tamassos in Cyprus.
St. Herakleidios was a native of Cyprus who, according to tradition, guided the Apostles Paul and Barnabas across the island and was ordained by them bishop of Tamassos, the first in that see. He labored to bring the Cypriots to Christ, and his disciple Myron succeeded him as bishop.
The monastery of St. Herakleidios near Politiko keeps their relics. They are commemorated together on September 17.
