Holy Martyr Loupos, servant of Saint Demetrios of Thessalonica.
Loupos was the faithful servant of Saint Demetrios who stood by his master at his martyrdom, gathered his blood-stained garment and ring, and worked healings with them among the people of Thessalonica.
When this became known to the emperor Maximian, Loupos was beheaded, sharing his master's crown.

On the New Calendar, Loupos the Martyr is commemorated on October 26. Churches on the Old (Julian) Calendar keep the feast on November 8 of the civil calendar.
