Blessed Maximus, Fool-for-Christ and Wonderworker of Moscow.
Blessed Maximus lived in Moscow in the fifteenth century as a fool for Christ, going about without shelter in every season and rebuking the sins of rich and poor alike. He reposed in 1434.
Many miracles were recorded at his tomb, and a church in Moscow bears his name.
