Theodore I, Archbishop of Constantinople.
Theodore was Patriarch of Constantinople in the seventh century, in the days of the emperor Constantine IV. He governed the Church with piety and reposed in peace.

On the New Calendar, Theodore of Constantinople is commemorated on December 27. Churches on the Old (Julian) Calendar keep the feast on January 9 of the civil calendar.
