Antonios the Martyr

Holy Martyr Antonios, who was burned for Christ.

St. Antonios confessed Christ and was put to death by fire. The Synaxaria record only the fact of his martyrdom.

Feast day

On the New Calendar, Antonios the Martyr is commemorated on February 25. Churches on the Old (Julian) Calendar keep the feast on March 10 (a day earlier in leap years) of the civil calendar.
