Companions of Photini

Sts. Anatole, Photo, Photis, Paraskevi and Kyriaki, sisters of St. Photini, her sons Victor and Joses, and the duke Sebastian.

St. Photini's five sisters, Anatole, Photo, Photis, Paraskevi and Kyriaki, and her sons Victor, called Photinos, and Joses, shared her missionary labours and her sufferings in Rome under Nero. The duke Sebastian, converted through Victor, was martyred with them.

All received the crown of martyrdom in the first century and are commemorated together with St. Photini.

Feast day

On the New Calendar, Companions of Photini is commemorated on February 26. Churches on the Old (Julian) Calendar keep the feast on March 11 (a day earlier in leap years) of the civil calendar.
