Parthenios of Radovisdion

St. Parthenios, Bishop of Radovisdion in Epirus.

St. Parthenios was Bishop of Radovisdion in the region of Arta in Epirus in the seventeenth century. He was known for his holiness and care for his flock during the Ottoman period.

He reposed in peace, and his relics are honored in Epirus.

Feast day

On the New Calendar, Parthenios of Radovisdion is commemorated on July 21. Churches on the Old (Julian) Calendar keep the feast on August 3 of the civil calendar.
