Holy Martyrs Paul and his sister Juliana, with those who suffered with them.
Saints Paul and Juliana were brother and sister from Ptolemais in Phoenicia who confessed Christ before the Emperor Aurelian. Their endurance under torture moved several of their guards to believe, and these were martyred with them.
They were beheaded in the third century.

On the New Calendar, Paul and Juliana of Ptolemais is commemorated on August 17. Churches on the Old (Julian) Calendar keep the feast on August 30 of the civil calendar.
