Holy Apostles Philemon, Archippus and Onesimus of the Seventy.
Sts. Philemon, Archippus and Onesimus are known from the Epistle of the Apostle Paul to Philemon. Philemon was a Christian of Colossae, Archippus a fellow-worker, and Onesimus the runaway slave whom Paul sent back as a brother in Christ.
Tradition relates that they later suffered martyrdom for the Gospel; they are commemorated on several days of the year.

On the New Calendar, Philemon, Archippus and Onesimus is commemorated on July 6. Churches on the Old (Julian) Calendar keep the feast on July 19 of the civil calendar.
