Venerable Vissarion Korkoliakos of the Agathonos Monastery.
St. Vissarion Korkoliakos was a monk of the Agathonos Monastery near Ypati in central Greece in the twentieth century, known for his simplicity, prayer, and charity to the poor. He reposed in 1991, and his relics were found incorrupt.
He was glorified as a saint by the Ecumenical Patriarchate and is commemorated on January 22.
