Hieromartyr Abramios, Bishop of Arbela in Persia.
St. Abramios was Bishop of Arbela in Persia during the persecution of Christians under King Shapur II. Commanded to renounce Christ and worship the sun, he refused, declaring that he would never abandon the true God.
After being tortured he was beheaded in the fourth century, one of the many martyrs of the Persian Church.

On the New Calendar, Abramios of Arbela is commemorated on February 4. Churches on the Old (Julian) Calendar keep the feast on February 17 of the civil calendar.
