Holy Women Martyrs Leonis, Libye and Eutropia, who suffered for Christ in Syria.
Saints Leonis, Libye and her young sister Eutropia were Christian women of Palmyra in Syria who confessed Christ during the persecutions. Tradition relates that Leonis was burned, Libye beheaded, and the twelve-year-old Eutropia shot with arrows.

On the New Calendar, Leonis, Libye and Eutropia, Monastic Martyrs is commemorated on June 25. Churches on the Old (Julian) Calendar keep the feast on July 8 of the civil calendar.
