Saint Synesios, Bishop of Karpasia in Cyprus, wonderworker.
Synesios was bishop of Karpasia in the north-east of Cyprus, honored on the island as a wonderworker. Tradition places him in the early Christian centuries; his church at Rizokarpaso preserves his memory.
He is commemorated on May 26.
